If you’d told me a few years ago that I’d be working in fitness, I would’ve laughed. Hard.
I wasn’t the “sporty” one. At school, I was the girl hiding during PE. Fitness felt uncomfortable, confusing, and honestly… not for me.
Food, on the other hand? Always a yes.
Home cooked meals, good bread, cheese (very French of me), and the occasional post-night-out fast food, I enjoyed all of it without overthinking.
Everything changed during the pandemic.
After a difficult period in my life, I realised I needed something to ground me. I didn’t start with a perfect plan. I just started showing up, inconsistently at first, then more and more.
And that’s when it clicked:
It wasn’t about motivation. It wasn’t about aesthetics. It was about consistency.
Over time, I built strength. Physically, but also mentally. I felt clearer, more confident, more in control. Not because I followed extreme plans. But because I stopped quitting every time things got hard.
What I do differently
I don’t focus on quick transformations or perfect routines.
I don’t expect you to feel motivated every day. And I don’t believe in all-or-nothing plans.
What I do focus on is this:
-
helping you show up even when you don’t feel like it
-
building consistency before intensity
-
creating strength that actually lasts
Because the goal isn’t to be perfect for 2 weeks.
The goal is to stay consistent for life.
Why I can help you
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with additional training in:
-
Counselling Skills
-
Biomechanics
-
Strength and Conditioning
-
Personal Exercise & Nutrition
This allows me to support both sides of change, physical and mental.
Because building strength isn’t just about what you do in the gym. It’s about how you think, how you show up, and what you do when motivation drops.
This is personal to me
I’ve struggled with anxiety myself, and I know how overwhelming it can feel.
I also know how much of a difference movement, structure, and support can make, not just physically, but mentally.
That’s why Pushy Friend isn’t just about fitness. It’s about helping you feel more in control, more confident, and more grounded in your daily life.
If you want support, not pressure:
Why Pushy Friend exists
Too many people feel stuck in the same cycle:
Start. Stop. Feel guilty. Start again. Pushy Friend exists to break that cycle.
Not with extreme plans or pressure but with simple, realistic habits you can actually stick to.
Because consistency changes everything.
And because this mission goes beyond me, £10 from every membership is donated to Mind, a UK mental health charity.
