I'm Eva

I used to hide from workouts (literally), but now I’m here to make fitness and healthy living less “ugh” and more “HELL YES!”

With qualifications in Personal Exercise, Nutrition, and Counselling Skills, plus a love for good food (and a French weakness for cheese), I’ll be the one who keeps you on track and disciplined, your Pushy Friend.

Giving Back with Every Booking. For every membership package booked, £10 will be donated to Mind, a UK mental health charity, to support those in need.

I know how hard it is to stay motivated and disciplined while juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at us. Hitting the gym, getting those 10,000 steps, and eating "right" can feel overwhelming. And let’s be real, life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. But as much as we’d like results to appear overnight, the truth is: nothing comes from nothing.

 

Now, the tricky part is to find that time and willingness to know where to start, what to do and stick to it, right? That’s where I come in and take that weight off your shoulders.
