I'm Eva

I used to hide from workouts (literally), but now I’m here to make fitness and healthy living less “ugh” and more “HELL YES!”

With qualifications in Personal Exercise, Nutrition, and Counselling Skills, plus a love for good food (and a French weakness for cheese), I’ll be the one who keeps you on track and disciplined, your Pushy Friend.

I know how hard it is to stay motivated and disciplined while juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at us.   • How is this different from a personal trainer or a nutritionist?
    Unlike a personal trainer, who focuses on workouts, or a nutritionist, who provides meal plans, Pushy Friend takes a holistic approach to fitness. We help you integrate sports and healthy eating into your daily life in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Our coaching focuses on accountability, guidance, and mindset shifts rather than prescribing specific workout routines or meal plans.
  • Do I need to be fit to start coaching with Pushy Friend?
    Not at all! Pushy Friend is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve your current routine, we tailor our coaching to meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.
  • What does the coaching include?
    Our coaching includes personalised 1:1 sessions (in the GROW & PUSH HARDER packages ONLY), where we discuss your goals, challenges, and progress. You’ll receive nutrition advice, access to healthy recipes, a personalized agenda based on your availability, and continuous accountability support through WhatsApps or text to help you stay on track.   • What kind of support will I receive?
    You’ll get ongoing guidance, motivation, and accountability. This includes check-ins, tailored advice, and practical strategies to make fitness and healthy eating a natural part of your routine. We’re here to encourage and push you when needed while keeping things realistic and enjoyable.
  • Do you offer workout plans?
    No, Pushy Friend does not provide structured workout plans. Instead, we help you find activities you enjoy and can stay consistent with, whether it’s gym workouts, running, yoga, or something else. The focus is on creating a sustainable, active lifestyle rather than following a rigid plan.
  • How personalised is the coaching?
    Everything is tailored to you. We consider your fitness level, lifestyle, schedule, preferences, and challenges to create a plan that fits you—not the other way around. The goal is to make fitness and nutrition work for your life, not add unnecessary stress.
  • Do I need a gym membership to follow the program?
    No, you don’t! Our coaching is designed to fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer home workouts, outdoor activities, or going to the gym. We’ll help you find what works best for you and keep you motivated to stay active in a way that suits you.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    No, instead of meal plans, we provide nutrition guidance, help you make better food choices, and give you access to delicious, healthy recipes that we cook ourselves. The goal is to help you build long-term healthy eating habits rather than follow a restrictive diet.
  • What coaching packages do you offer?
    We offer 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month coaching packages. The 3-month and 6-month packages includes personalised 1:1 coaching and all the packages offer nutrition advice, access to healthy recipes, a customised agenda based on your availability, and accountability support to help you stay consistent.
  • How do I choose the best package for me?
    If you’re new to fitness coaching and want to try it out, the 1-month package is a great starting point. The 3-month package is ideal if you’re looking to build long-term habits, while the 6-month package is best for those who want deep, lasting changes and full support throughout their journey.
  • Can I upgrade my package later?
    Yes! If you start with a shorter package and decide you’d like to continue, you can upgrade at any time. We’ll make sure the transition is smooth so you don’t lose any progress.
  • Are there any discounts available?
    Occasionally, we offer special promotions. If you’re interested, keep an eye on our website or social media for updates.
  • Do you offer a free trial or consultation?
    We don’t offer a free trial, but we can arrange a short discovery call to see if Pushy Friend is the right fit for you before committing to a package.
  • How much time do I need to commit per week?
    That depends on your schedule! We create a personalised plan based on your availability, so you can commit as much or as little time as you’re comfortable with. The key is consistency, not perfection.
  • How long will it take to see results?
    Everyone’s journey is different, but most clients start feeling a positive shift in their energy, habits, and mindset within a few weeks. Physical changes depend on consistency, but we focus on long-term progress rather than quick fixes.
  • What happens if I miss a session?
    Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know in advance, and we’ll find a new time. However, we encourage consistency and accountability to keep you on track.
  • What if I struggle with motivation?
    That’s exactly why Pushy Friend exists! We provide constant support, check-ins, and strategies to help you push through dips in motivation. You’re not doing this alone—we’re here to help you stay committed even when things get tough.
  • How do I book my sessions?
    Once you sign up, we’ll provide a simple booking system where you can schedule your sessions based on your availability. Please consult the "booking" page.
  • Where do the coaching sessions take place?
    Coaching sessions are done online via video calls, so you can join from anywhere. This allows for flexibility and convenience while still getting the personalised support you need.
  • What platform do you use for coaching sessions?
    We typically use Zoom or Google Meet for our sessions, but if you have a preference, we can accommodate it.
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
    We do not offer refunds once a coaching package has started. However, if you have concerns, reach out, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
