1. Introduction

Welcome to Pushy Friend (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including all coaching programmes, personal training sessions, and digital content.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
 

2. Definitions

  • “Client”, “you”, “your”: the individual purchasing or using our services

  • “Services”: all coaching, personal training (in-person and online), and support provided by Pushy Friend

  • “Programme”: the Stop Quitting (4 Weeks) programme

  • “1:1 Coaching”: ongoing or fixed-term personalised coaching services

  • “Website”: www.pushyfriend.com
     

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Be physically able to participate in exercise
     

You confirm that:

  • You have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or

  • You have obtained medical clearance from a qualified professional
     

4. Services

4.1 Stop Quitting™ (4-Week Programme)

This is a fixed-duration coaching programme designed to help you build consistency and accountability over a 4-week period.

  • The programme starts on the agreed start date

  • Access is limited to 4 weeks unless otherwise stated

  • The structure, content, and level of support are defined at the time of purchase
     

The programme is results-driven but requires your active participation.
 

4.2 1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching is a personalised coaching service which may include:

  • In-person personal training sessions (London-based)

  • Online coaching and check-ins

  • Accountability and lifestyle support

  • General nutrition guidance
     

The format, frequency, and duration are agreed between you and Pushy Friend.
 

4.3 No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific results.
 

Your progress depends on:

  • Your consistency

  • Your effort

  • Your lifestyle and external factors
     

4.4 No Medical or Clinical Advice

Pushy Friend does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical nutritional advice.
 

Our services do not replace:

  • Medical care

  • Therapy or mental health treatment

  • Clinical dietary advice
     

Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes.
 

5. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that:

  • Exercise involves inherent risks

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
     

You agree to:

  • Inform us of any injuries or medical conditions

  • Stop exercise if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
     

Pushy Friend is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
 

6. Payments

6.1 Pricing

Prices are listed on our website or agreed directly and may change at any time.
 

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full before the start of any programme or coaching

  • No access will be granted until payment is received
     

7. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable once started
     

For Stop Quitting™ (4-Week Programme):

  • No refunds once the programme has begun

  • No extensions for missed time or lack of engagement
     

For 1:1 Coaching:

  • No refunds for unused sessions or partial use

  • Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe (if applicable)
     

In exceptional cases (e.g. medical issues), adjustments may be considered at our discretion.
 

8. Sessions (1:1 Coaching – In Person)

8.1 Cancellations

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

  • Late cancellations = session lost
     

8.2 Late Arrival

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time

  • No extensions for lateness
     

9. Client Responsibilities

By working with Pushy Friend, you agree to:

  • Engage fully in the process

  • Follow guidance to the best of your ability

  • Communicate honestly about your progress
     

Lack of engagement does not entitle you to refunds or extensions.
 

10. Communication

We may communicate via:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
     

You agree to maintain respectful communication. We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All materials (including programme content, coaching frameworks, recipes, and branding) are owned by Pushy Friend.

You may not copy, share, or distribute them without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for lack of results

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence
     

13. Website Use

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and are not responsible for third-party platform issues.

14. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
